THE COMPANY
DAMFT GROUP” was first known as DAMFT Financial Engineering Corporation BVI (“DAMFT-FEC”) and was incorporated in 2013, registered in the BVI, and commenced its operations based in Singapore, which it continues to date.
The Company is the brainchild of its Chairman / Managing Director, Mr. Don John Dinuk Madawela, who is an ex-banker, with 23 years of experience in international banking and Treasury Management activities.
In 2013, Mr. Madawela used his expertise and global financial contacts to found his financial consultancy firm in Singapore, partnering with a renowned team of professionals in banking, asset management, finance, fund management, financial advisory, legal advice, compliance, and related fields.
The Chairman’s personal academic qualifications are as follows:
- Master’s Degree (MSc) in Banking and Finance (USA Certified)
- Master Treasure Professional (USA Certified)
- Chartered Asset Manager (USA Certified)
- Certified in Financial Crimes (USA Certified)
